Day 14 Gwalior to Agra – 120 Km
This morning visit the amazing Gwalior fort. Passed all the way through a series of Muslim, Rajput, Mughal and Afghan hands following the 1857 mutiny the fort was in use of British control. After breakfast visit Jama Masjid, – the largest mosque in India. Drive past the magnificent Red Fort, built on the banks of River Yamuna by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Continue to New Delhi, city created to reflect the might of the British Empire, visit 12th century Qutab Minar – gracefully hand-carved for its entire height of 234 feet. Explore tomb of emperor Humayun – a predecessor of the Mughal style of architecture. Night stay is in Delhi
Day 18 Delhi Depart
